Returning your flooring is easy - just fill out our convenient returns form on our Returns Page and send your packs back within 30 days of delivery. As long as everything is in perfect condition, we will issue a refund.

Choose your preferred delivery date from the options available on our checkout page and you will know exactly which date your flooring will be delivered so you can arrange a floor fitter.
