How do I open a trade account?
Apply online using the trade application form above. It takes about a minute. We review your details and call you to run through what you need, and once your account is approved your trade pricing unlocks behind your login.
How quickly will I be approved?
We aim to review applications quickly, usually within a few working days. We will confirm the exact timing when we acknowledge your application.
Do you offer payment options for trade?
Yes. We offer flexible payment, including interest-free credit options. Your account manager will talk you through what is available on your account.
Can I get samples before I order?
Yes. Trade accounts get free extra-large samples, dispatched the same day on orders placed before our daily cut-off, subject to terms.
Do you provide technical documents and certifications for specification?
Yes. For commercial projects we provide technical data sheets, BIM files, and sustainability and certification credentials to support specification and procurement.
Do you deliver to site?
Yes. We deliver to site across the UK. Talk to your account manager about timings for larger or staged deliveries.

Use the Log in link at the top of the page. Your trade pricing shows across the site as soon as you are signed in, so there is no separate trade area to find.
Why does the application ask about spend and how often I order?
So we can set your pricing tier and stock levels at the right level from day one. Rough figures are fine, and you can choose "Not sure yet" if you would rather talk it through on the call.
How do I start a commercial project enquiry?
Use the "Book a call" button in the builders, developers and specifiers section. It opens a calendar on this page where you pick a time and tell us about the project, and a named contact calls you then. If you would rather talk now, use the number on this page.
