If you are not satisfied with your flooring (which we hope isn't the case), our 30-day no-hassle returns policy has you covered. Returning your flooring is easy - just fill out our convenient returns form on our Returns Page and send your packs back within 30 days of delivery. As long as everything is in perfect condition, we will issue a refund.
