Axminster style carpets were first made in 1755 by Thomas Witty. However, after a fire destroyed the factory production seized for many years. Axminster Carpets was set up in 1937 to kickstart the production once again. Today, the brand offers hundreds of high-quality carpets.

There are several carpet ranges to choose from in the Axminster collection. They include:

Moorland Twist

The Moorland Twist collection offers a variety of elegant designs. Featuring cool, earthy tones, these carpets will add a stylish look to the business. Made from durable wool, they are ideal for busy areas like the hallway or stairs. 

Simply Natural

The Simply Natural range includes Grosgrain and Ribgrass carpets. The Grosgrain carpets are made with cabled yarn. This produces a rustic charm that will look great in the home. Havana: There are two styles of Havana carpets to choose from. These include the Havana Diamond and Havana Geo collections. They are made with 80% wool and 20% nylon. Helping to create a bold look, these carpets are suitable for any room. Choose from a great range of colourful designs. 

Annalise: The Annalise collection is made with very heavy-duty use in mind. These 100% wool carpets are constructed from 2-ply yarn. This gives them a comfortable yet tough design. The range offers a variety of soft, beautiful colour tones. You will also find they are great for retaining heat. 

Devonia Plains: The Devonia Plains collection boasts a contemporary, elegant look. The carpets in the range are made with 2-ply yarn and benefit from a great 50oz pile weight. They are comfortable, hard-wearing and stylish. Suitable for heavy use, you can install them in any area of the home.
